Tunbridge Wells Climbing Wall due to open in Summer 2015

After a long overdue wait, Karma Climbing are adding a new addition to the climbing scene in Kent. A dedicated climbing facility is being built in Tunbridge Wells and will boast some of the finest indoor bouldering in the South East. The design will incorporate a modern, chilled and relaxed environment with something for everyone.

Included in the plans will be a competition wall approximately 22 - 25 metres long and a traverse circuit wall for those who want to train endurance which will be approximately 10 metres long and 3 metres high. A top-out boulder is hoping to be included in the plans as well as a state of the art training facility.

There will be a cafe on the mezzanine floor where apparently you can get one hell of  a good cup of coffee whilst you can chill and relax. Courses for adults and children will be available for anyone looking to get into climbing or improve.

This will be a great addition to the climbing scene in Kent especially on those wet days or dark nights when sandstone is out of the question.

Karma Climbing are renowned for their skills in building good quality climbing walls at other locations in the UK.

What makes this new Tunbridge Wells wall special, is that it is being built and run by a specialist wall manafacturer  - "made by climbers for climbers" - Karma Climbing.

This will be the second climbing wall to open in the area, the first being Evolution Climbing Wall which is approx. 7 miles away near Groombridge.

Karma Climbing is due to open its doors in June 2015 subject to all going to schedule!
